NetSuite CRM, customer management built into the ERP
Leads, opportunities, quotes, orders and support share the same database as your ERP: sales, order management and finance finally work from the same information.

NetSuite CRM
From first contact to renewal, one flow of information
NetSuite CRM covers sales force automation, marketing, customer service and partner management. What sets it apart: it is native to the ERP. A quote becomes an order, then an invoice, without rekeying or syncing between two applications.
Sales reps see each customer’s order history, open invoices and available inventory; leadership tracks a pipeline and forecasts based on the same data as accounting.

What NetSuite changes
The problems NetSuite CRM solves
- A CRM disconnected from the ERPNo more syncing two databases: customers, items and prices are the same for sales and accounting.
- Quotes rekeyed as ordersAn approved quote becomes an order, with prices and terms already validated.
- Sales reps in the darkUnpaid invoices, open orders and purchase history are visible from the customer record.
- Unreliable forecastsPipeline and forecasts rely on tracked opportunities and shared sales stages.
- Support without historyEvery customer request is logged as a case, with its exchanges and resolution.
- Commissions calculated in spreadsheetsCommission plans are based on the sales actually recorded.
Within the NetSuite ecosystem
CRM, the starting point of order-to-cash
In NetSuite, customer management opens the order-to-cash cycle: the opportunity becomes a quote, then an order, shipment, invoice and payment. Each step feeds accounting and commits the relevant inventory.
For services firms, a won opportunity can create a project. For online sales, customers and orders from your e-commerce site flow straight into the CRM.

FAQ
NetSuite CRM: your questions
Is CRM included in NetSuite?
Core CRM features (customers, contacts, opportunities, quotes, cases) are available in NetSuite. Some advanced features, such as commission management, are add-on modules: we check with you what your contract covers.
Can we keep Salesforce alongside NetSuite?
Yes. If your sales team wants to keep Salesforce, it can be integrated with NetSuite, for example with Celigo: accounts, won opportunities, orders and invoices flow between the two systems. You then need to define which system is the source of truth for each type of data.
Can NetSuite CRM be used on mobile?
Yes. The NetSuite mobile app gives access to customers, contacts, opportunities and tasks for teams on the road.
