B2B and B2C e-commerce with NetSuite
An online store connected live to your inventory, prices and orders: your customers buy online, your teams handle everything in NetSuite.

NetSuite Commerce
An online store that shares your ERP’s database
With SuiteCommerce, your online store runs on the same data as NetSuite: catalog, prices, inventory, customers and orders. There is no sync to monitor; an online order is immediately available for fulfillment and invoicing.
SuiteCommerce works for B2C as well as B2B: customer-specific prices, quick order by SKU, and a MyAccount portal to view invoices and orders. If you already use another platform, such as Shopify or Adobe Commerce, NetSuite connects to it through an integration.

What NetSuite changes
The problems unified commerce solves
- Orders rekeyed by handOnline orders arrive directly in NetSuite, ready to fulfill.
- Wrong availability shownThe site displays actual stock, updated with every movement.
- B2B customers calling about everythingOrders, invoices, shipment tracking and reorders are available on a self-service basis.
- Inconsistent pricesPrices and discounts on the site are the ERP’s, including negotiated customer prices.
- Silos between stores and siteStores, online shop and warehouse share the same customers and the same inventory.
- A partial customer viewOnline and offline purchases are tied to the same customer record.
Within the NetSuite ecosystem
Online commerce, plugged into all of NetSuite
Every online order commits inventory, posts its entries in accounting and enriches the customer’s history in the CRM. Site sales are then tracked in SuiteAnalytics dashboards.
This approach is especially relevant for retail, wholesale distributors and health and beauty brands.

FAQ
NetSuite e-commerce: your questions
SuiteCommerce, or Shopify connected to NetSuite?
Both approaches work. SuiteCommerce avoids any synchronization and is particularly well suited to B2B needs; a platform like Shopify offers a broad app ecosystem for B2C. The choice depends on your channels, catalog and resources: we help you decide.
What is the difference between SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced?
SuiteCommerce relies on themes and extensions that follow NetSuite upgrades. SuiteCommerce Advanced gives access to the application’s source code for deep customization, at the cost of more maintenance.
Is the MyAccount portal useful without an online store?
Yes. SuiteCommerce MyAccount can serve as a self-service portal where customers view their orders, invoices and payments, even if you don’t sell online.
