✔ Waterfall, agile & scrum

An ERP project generally follows a “Waterfall” logic to establish the basis for transactions. However, at SuiteVise, our development teams adopt an agile “Scrum” approach. This method incorporates feedback loops throughout the development, acceptance and integration phases, enabling agile, simultaneous adaptation to specific requirements.

✔ Project quality management

Before launching a project, we draw up a Project Quality Plan (PQP) in collaboration with your project team. This plan aims to clarify the project’s progress, roles and responsibilities, deliverables and schedule. A kick-off meeting is scheduled at the start of the project, to enable everyone involved to understand their roles and responsibilities, as well as the project’s challenges and risks.

✔ Project governance

Project management is based on two governance tools. The Project Committee (Coproj) generally meets every week. It oversees project execution and coordinates the customer’s and SuiteVise’s project teams. The Steering Committee (Copil) generally meets once a month. It manages the risks, the choice of solutions, the arbitration and the financial management of the project.

✔  Train the trainer

At SuiteVise, we apply the “train the trainer” principle. This means that, throughout the project, the Key Users will acquire in-depth knowledge of the application and will be responsible for training the end-users. Specific documentation will be created by the customer team during the project, based on workshops and project documents. The SuiteVise project team supports the customer’s project team during the initialization, data import, training and start-up phases. Customer-specific training plans can also be drawn up.

✔ Multidisciplinary team

Today’s information systems are increasingly complex. New issues, such as cloud hosting and security, have been integrated into ERP projects. This evolution requires more specialized and diversified skills. The composition of our team has evolved to meet these requirements. We pay particular attention to the harmonious integration of these skills in the service of our customers’ projects. As a member of the Contraste Group, we work closely with Contraste Digital for the development of web applications.

✔ Long-term support

The life of an ERP project doesn’t end when it goes live. After this stage, corrective and evolutionary maintenance is crucial. A specialized team, with in-depth knowledge of the project and the customer’s context, takes charge of corrective maintenance. This team is organized to provide responses adapted to the deadlines demanded by the different types of incident encountered. The Project Manager, who guarantees the customer’s knowledge, remains the point of reference both for resolving complex incidents and for analyzing new developments.
